Memberships

Member - Sauna

This membership is for unlimited 1-person Infrared Sauna Sessions. Memberships are billed monthly, beginning the day you register, and are non-refundable. They can be cancelled anytime after the initial 3 months. Sauna member credits can only be used by the member and are not sharable. Members are only allowed one 45-minute sauna session per day. We do not offer a pause option for memberships.

Return and Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled session.

When booking a service with us, you agree to the following policies:

  • Cancel or Reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: No Charge.

  • Cancel or Reschedule your appointment between 1 and 24 hour notice: 50% of the full rate.

  • No Call/No Show: If you cancel less than an hour before your scheduled time, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session price.

If you are late, your session may be shortened at no discount and will end at the original time your appointment time ended at. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and use the restroom. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show.
